About the Role
Xeno Group UK Ltd are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Health & Safety / HR Compliance Manager to oversee and develop company-wide compliance systems, policies, procedures, and workforce documentation.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in creating professional Health & Safety and HR documentation from the ground up, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, staff handbooks, audits, compliance records, and operational systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure the business maintains exceptional compliance standards across multiple sectors and operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety
- Create, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Produce comprehensive risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance checks
- Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and industry standards
- Develop accident reporting and incident investigation procedures
- Maintain COSHH assessments and safety documentation
- Create staff training records, toolbox talks, and induction materials
- Assist with compliance systems for transport, logistics, hospitality, and office environments
HR & Compliance
- Draft and maintain HR policies and employee documentation
- Create contracts, onboarding packs, disciplinary procedures, and staff handbooks
- Maintain employee compliance records and right-to-work documentation
- Develop internal procedures for absence, grievance, conduct, and performance management
- Support recruitment administration and employee onboarding
- Ensure GDPR and confidentiality procedures are followed
- Build organised digital systems for company compliance documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in Health & Safety, Compliance, HR, or Operations Management
- Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Experience creating policies, procedures, and risk assessments independently
- Excellent written and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- NEBOSH, IOSH, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications preferred but not essential
- Experience within transport, logistics, construction, hospitality, or commercial sectors advantageous
Desirable Skills
- Experience building compliance systems from scratch
- Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to simplify complex compliance requirements into practical operational procedures

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
