Summary:
The Transport Coordinator will responsible for making sure vehicles, drivers and deliveries move smoothly every day. The main job of this role is to plan routes, schedule drivers, track deliveries and make sure pickups happen on time and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Map out fast, fuel efficient routes and assign daily trips and inbound and outbound shipments to drivers.
- Monitor Vehicles using phone updates to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Keeps maintenance of vehicles including oil changes, engine repairs, tire checks handle sudden roadside breakdowns.
- Keep track on fuel receipts, daily records, trip sheets, LR/Billy and prepare transport MIS.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Team for efficient loading / unloading.
Qualification:
- Must Have a Graduate Degree or 12th pass.
Experience:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in 3PL/Logistics/FMCG is preferred.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/WMS and GPS Tracking Knowledge of FLT (Full Truck Load) and PLT (Part Truck Load).
- Ability to handle team and able to speak clearly with drivers, mechanics.
- Strong problem- solver with knowledge of fixing operational issues quickly.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
