Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize PSA Certinia modules, including estimates, projects, resources, timecards, and billing.
- Implement Service Estimator configurations for accurate scoping, pricing, and forecasting in professional services workflows.
- Develop Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations to automate PSA processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment of PSA enhancements.
- Optimize configurations for performance, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years specializing in PSA Certinia implementations.
- Proven expertise in Service Estimator configuration, estimate templates, and related PSA setups.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Salesforce APIs for integrations.
- Strong understanding of PSA data model, project management, resource allocation, and financial modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; PSA Certinia certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile environments, end-to-end implementations, and professional services domains.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and tools like MuleSoft for integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
