- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Administer performance management systems, including appraisals and development plans.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
