Job Summary
Reely is hiring a Mobile Video Editor to create 15–30 second viral reels for social media. This role is ideal for students and aspiring content creators looking to work on consistent, fast-paced projects while improving their editing skills and understanding of high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 15–30 second viral reels for Instagram
- Deliver a minimum of 8 reels per day
- Create simple, clean, and engaging edits (minimal text, quick cuts)
- Focus on fun, offer-based, and highly shareable content
- Deliver edited content quickly after shoots
Workflow
- Raw reels will be shared via Google Drive in organized folders
- Participate in a brief call session with the content creator/team before editing
- Ensure quick turnaround time after receiving footage
- Editing requirements may vary depending on project needs
Requirements
- Must be comfortable editing on mobile devices (phone editing)
- Familiar with apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and viral content trends
- Ability to handle bulk edits efficiently
Compensation & Time Structure
- 6 edits: Approx. 1.5 hours – ₹1,000
- 12 edits: Approx. 2.5 hours – ₹1,500
- 18 edits: Approx. 3 hours – ₹2,000
Payout depends on the number of edits handled and clients assigned. Faster and efficient editors can complete more work and increase their earnings accordingly.
Additional Opportunity
- Editors who are also content creators may get opportunities to collaborate on shoots and earn additional income through creator roles
