Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices and cloud-native applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operational support of microservices that power business-critical applications and platforms. Experience with Databricks, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices is highly desirable.
This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. Position Details:
About the Role:

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices and cloud-native applications that power business-critical platform capabilities.

Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and related messaging technologies to enable reliable, high-throughput integrations.

Build and optimise backend services, APIs, and distributed systems using GoLang, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS cloud services.

Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
About You:

5–7 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in microservices architecture, backend development, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS for building, deploying, and operating cloud-native applications at scale.

Strong proficiency in GoLang, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Databricks, API design, and event-driven architectures built on Apache Kafka.

Experience with Agentic AI concepts and practical use of AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other developer productivity platforms.
