- Generate new leads for residential house and villa construction projects.
- Conduct regular field visits in Guwahati, towns, semi-urban and rural markets across Assam.
- Meet landowners, families, property owners and prospective home-building customers.
- Explain company construction packages, pricing, specifications and services.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert qualified leads into site visits and client meetings.
- Coordinate site inspections, quotations and initial discussions with the technical team.
- Build relationships with brokers, architects, engineers, material suppliers and other referral partners.
- Develop institutional and local referral networks for continuous lead generation.
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, field visits, leads and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and business development reports to management.
- Work toward monthly targets for leads, site visits, quotations and confirmed construction projects.
- Collect competitor information regarding construction rates, packages and market activities.
- Support local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers from first enquiry until project handover.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
