US Medical Staffing Recruiter – Outbound Calling & Sales

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated US Recruiter / Business Development-oriented Recruiter who is confident on the phone, has excellent spoken English, and is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and sales targets.
This role is ideal for someone who has a proven record of making a high number of calls, engaging prospects, generating opportunities, and consistently working toward measurable sales/recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day and handle high-volume calling.
- Speak confidently with US-based candidates/clients and build strong professional relationships.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects and drive recruitment/business opportunities.
- Consistently work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales/recruitment targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Meet call-volume, productivity and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and activity in CRM/ATS systems.
- Work independently while maintaining excellent discipline, consistency and work ethic.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- American English proficiency/accent preferred.
- Must be highly confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, business development or recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and achieve sales/revenue/performance targets.
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
- Strong work ethic, ownership, consistency and willingness to perform.
- US Staffing / US Recruitment experience is a major plus.
- Delhi-NCR candidates are preferred.

- Stable, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet.
- A quiet and professional work-from-home environment.
- Ability to work without frequent interruptions during US business hours.
- A professional setup suitable for extensive phone calling.
