ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· Candidate should be Attentive & Responsive.
· Basic computer knowledge (Ms Office, email & internet)
· Handle Client calls, Emails & inquiries.
· Manage Team working & Reporting.
· Schedule Meetings & Manage Appointments.
· Strong Organizational & Management Skills.
· Ability to Multitask & can work independently.
· Maintain Office Records, Files and Documentations.
· Coordinate with Staff, Clients and Vendors.
· Ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
· Support HR, Finance and other Departments with Administrative Tasks.
Qualifications
Graduate (Any Stream).
Prior Office Administration Experience.
Tally will be an added advantage
Professional & Presentable Personality.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
