Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Creo Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in product design and CAD modeling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PTC Creo, engineering drawings, assemblies, and product development processes. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models, preparing manufacturing drawings, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Creo.
- Design components and products based on project requirements and engineering standards.
- Work on sheet metal, plastic, casting, and mechanical components design.
- Perform design modifications and engineering changes.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with customer standards and quality requirements.
- Support product development and design validation activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and related design documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in PTC Creo (Creo Parametric).
- Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Understanding of mechanical design concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of assemblies, part modeling, and detailing.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and engineering change processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Automotive / Industrial / Product Design domains preferred.
- Knowledge of Windchill PLM will be an added advantage.
