Required Profiles
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. (Store management/ inventory control Records keeping / 5’s Management and Audits.)
· Responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store.
· Coordinate with the inter department to ensure no production loss due to store function.
· Ensure Store must be clean, properly organized, Shelves and racks are properly stocked and parts do not fall off the shelves and maintain FIFO.
· Monitor & ensure Physical & SAP stock should be match.
· Inward & Outward material should post in SAP on day to day basis without backlog.
· Effective Inventory management by continue stock taking & giving feedback to Purchase & Planning Department.
· Periodic stock keeping for entire warehouse related parts inside as well as outside the store.
· Follow up for NRGP with respective department for timely closer.
· Prepare data & reporting as per requirements.
· Utilization of store equipment is at max level. (Forklift,Hydra,Vehicals)
· Monitor loading & unloading activity for incoming as well as out going with highest safety & as per schedule.
· Timely send back rejected parts to supplier with coordination.
Team handling almost 30 persons in store dept.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling large inventories and managing warehouse teams.
