About the Role
Superhhero Learning is looking for a passionate and academically strong Mathematics faculty member to create high-quality educational content for our YouTube channel.
The primary responsibility of this role is to record clear, engaging, and concept-focused Mathematics classes for CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 students. The selected candidate may also conduct live online sessions when required.
Postgraduate and PhD students are preferred. Teaching experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and confidence in front of the camera are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality Mathematics classes for YouTube.
- Teach CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 Mathematics in a clear and student-friendly manner.
- Explain concepts, formulas, derivations, and problem-solving methods step by step.
- Prepare structured lesson plans before recording.
- Create chapter-wise classes, revision videos, question-solving sessions, and exam-focused content.
- Solve NCERT questions, exemplar problems, previous-year questions, and important board-exam questions.
- Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in every recorded class.
- Conduct live online classes or doubt-clearing sessions when required.
- Work with the academic and content teams to plan upcoming videos.
- Complete assigned recordings within the agreed schedule.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate or PhD students are preferred.
- Candidates pursuing or holding an MSc, MTech, PhD, BTech, or equivalent qualification may apply.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 Mathematics.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to simplify difficult concepts.
- Confidence while teaching in front of a camera.
- Clear handwriting and good board presentation.
- Familiarity with NCERT and the CBSE syllabus.
- Malayalam communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, microphone, and a suitable recording environment.
Experience
Teaching experience is not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and good presentation ability are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in online teaching, YouTube content creation, recorded classes, or CBSE board preparation will be an advantage.

Working Schedule
- Part-time and flexible.
- Most work will involve recorded content creation.
- Recording schedules and deadlines will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: ₹120.00 - ₹160.00 per hour
