A Bolero Pickup Driver operates a commercial Mahindra Bolero utility vehicle to safely transport goods, manage local or outstation deliveries, and handle basic vehicle upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods Transport: Load, secure, and deliver materials, packages, or commercial products safely to assigned destinations.
- Route Navigation: Plan efficient delivery paths using local road knowledge and GPS mapping to ensure timely arrival.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip checks (oil, water, tires, brakes) and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain delivery logs, secure customer signatures on proof-of-delivery receipts, and handle cash or billing paperwork if required.
- Client/Vendor Communication: Coordinate directly with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients in a professional, polite manner.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Driving License: Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) or Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) driving license.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience driving a Mahindra Bolero Pickup or similar commercial mini-truck.
- Route Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local city routes,Karnataka routes industrial zones, and regional highways.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to assist with minor loading and unloading tasks when required.
- Personal Traits: Punctual, responsible driving record, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
- Knowledge Prefered - Kannada, Tamil, Hindi
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
