- Production Planning & Execution: Plan daily/weekly food production based on demand, ensuring preparation of items as per standard recipes (BOM) to prevent overproduction and minimize wastage.
- Quality & Safety Control: Maintain high consistency in taste, texture, and presentation, adhering strictly to hygiene standards, including the use of hairnets, gloves, and masks by all team members.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with stores to verify raw material quality and quantity, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and supervise cooks and kitchen helpers, ensuring staff discipline and efficiency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
