Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective conversion. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing project information, and scheduling site visits to support the sales closure process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to real estate projects
- Make outbound calls to generated leads from marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and timelines
- Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, floor plans, and payment plans
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for lead updates
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and conversions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree ( mandatory)
- Proven experience in pre-sales / tele-calling / customer support (real estate preferred not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal (communication) skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property sales
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Multilingual abilities (Tamil, English, Hindi)
