Job Summary
We are hiring a Technical Customer Support Executive for a POS-based software company. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to assist customers with technical issues related to POS systems, software, hardware, and basic networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and basic network-related issues
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and proper follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Stay updated with product knowledge and system updates
Requirements
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service will be an added advantage
Work Environment
- Office-based role (In-person)
- Night shift working schedule
