We are looking for a UX Designer with 4–6 years of relevant experience in UX design, preferably in the IT or e-Governance sector. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree or specialization in UX/UI Design being an added advantage. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, user flows and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar design tools is required, while knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic front-end development will be an added advantage. You should have strong knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility, inclusivity and design standards, along with excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and case studies is required. Familiarity with Digital India initiatives, e-Governance frameworks and designing solutions for diverse user groups will be preferred.
