Role Overview
We are hiring elite-level tele sales closers who have already sold jewelry internationally via cold calling.
This role is purely performance-driven — your job is to connect, pitch, negotiate, and close B2B deals with jewelry retailers abroad.
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)
- Proven experience in B2B jewelry sales (gold/diamond)
- Must have sold to USA or international markets from India
- Must have done cold calling to retailers (not inbound, not showroom sales)
- Strong closing track record (deal conversion, not just leads)
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral/global accent
- Comfortable working in US time zone
If you haven’t closed international B2B jewelry deals, this role is not for you.
Trial Day (Compulsory)
Before hiring, candidates must complete a real calling trial:
- Call actual leads provided by us
- Pitch products live
- Handle objections (pricing, trust, MOQ, logistics)
- Attempt to move conversation toward a deal
We hire based on performance, not CV claims
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cold calling to jewelry retailers in USA & global markets
- Build relationships with store owners & buyers
- Present product catalogs and pricing effectively
- Handle negotiations and close wholesale orders
- Maintain follow-ups and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with internal team for order execution
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000/month (based on proven experience)
- Uncapped Incentives: Directly linked to closures
- Performance bonuses for high-value orders & repeat clients
A strong closer should realistically aim for ₹1.2L–₹2L/month total earning
