Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Handle courier dispatch/receipt and maintain records.
- Support in procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and documentation.
Field Duties:
- Deliver and collect documents from clients, vendors, or government offices.
- Visit banks, utility offices, and other institutions as needed.
- Support operational tasks on the field (site visits, vendor coordination, etc.).
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of errands and assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
