We are hiring a Calling Agent for our Tilhari branch in Jabalpur.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding gas cylinder bookings and deliveries
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Coordinate with delivery staff for scheduling
- Follow up with customers for feedback and new connections
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic computer/phone handling skills
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior calling or customer service experience preferred
- Local candidate from Tilhari or nearby area preferred
Salary: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month depending on experience and knowledge.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
