About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and platform customization. This role is ideal for professionals aspiring to grow into a Technical Lead position while remaining hands-on with development and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processes.
* Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
* Develop Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Flows.
* Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce Data Models.
* Configure Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD & FLS).
* Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
* Build and maintain REST & SOAP API integrations.
* Implement OAuth, SSO, ETL, Data Migration, and Bulk Data Operations.
* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
* Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.
* Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies.
