Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements, particularly OEM standards.
- Handle customer audits, process audits, product audits, and system audits.
- Coordinate and manage third-party audits, including TÜV certification audits.
- Liaise with customers on quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and implement CAPA.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and drive defect reduction initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan requirements.
- Support new product development and customer PPAP submissions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and supplier quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Train internal teams on quality standards and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, welding, stamping, and assembly.
- Hands-on experience in customer handling and quality management within the automotive components industry.
- Experience in managing TÜV and customer audits.
- Prior experience working with or handling quality requirements for Honda is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in OEM customer interaction, especially Honda.
- Proficiency in audit planning and execution.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts.
- Ability to lead cross-functional quality improvement projects.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
