Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics as a major subject in Graduation.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualified (preferred as per CBSE norms).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer applications and smart classroom teaching.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE or reputed schools preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong subject knowledge may also be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students of Classes VI to X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Deliver Physics concepts effectively through practical and activity-based learning.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Conduct laboratory demonstrations and experiments while ensuring safety standards.
- Design assignments, worksheets, project work, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Student Development
- Foster scientific temperament, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.
- Encourage participation in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and competitions.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Assessment & Documentation
- Prepare question papers, assessment rubrics, and report cards.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.
- Analyze examination results and implement improvement plans.
Curriculum & School Activities
- Participate in curriculum planning and faculty meetings.
- Assist in organizing school events, assemblies, excursions, and science-related activities.
- Support implementation of NEP 2020 and CBSE guidelines.
Parent Communication
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Communicate student progress, achievements, and areas of improvement to parents.
