Job Summary:
An Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves handling sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance)
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/account management (freshers can apply if required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,860.34 - ₹30,140.91 per month
