About the Role
Artefact Projects Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Trainee Engineers at our Head Office in Nagpur. The selected candidates will work closely with our bid management and technical teams for Railway, Infrastructure, Highway, Metro, Building, and other Engineering Consultancy Projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on exposure to tendering, proposal preparation, project coordination, business development, and client interactions in the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track new tenders from Government and Private Sector clients.
- Read, review, and understand Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Prepare technical bid documents and supporting submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collection of required information and documents.
- Assist in preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOI), Technical Proposals, and Bid Submissions.
- Liaise with clients and authorities for bid-related clarifications.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain records of tender submissions and project opportunities.
- Support senior management in business development activities.
- Assist in market research and identification of upcoming opportunities in the Railway and Infrastructure sectors.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written English skills for preparation of proposals and reports.
- Ability to understand technical documents and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Career Growth
- Selected candidates will undergo a structured training period of 1 year as Trainee Engineer.
- Performance will be reviewed periodically.
- Based on performance evaluation, candidates will be considered for promotion to Engineer / Senior Engineer level roles.
Travel Requirements
- Travelling is an integral part of the job.
- Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities across India.
