Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of footwear production machinery.
- Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Replace defective machine parts and maintain equipment efficiency.
- Support production teams in achieving daily targets.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Mechanical fitting and assembly
- Machine maintenance
- Technical drawing reading
- Use of precision measuring tools
- Teamwork and communication skills
