Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive business expansion across export markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international sales, export business development, client relationship management, and market expansion strategies within manufacturing, FMCG, or e-commerce industries.
The role involves identifying new global business opportunities, managing international client relationships, developing export strategies, and driving revenue growth across overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international and export markets
- Research market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners
- Develop and execute export sales and market expansion strategies
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close international business deals
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with overseas clients
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, quality, finance, and product development
- Monitor export performance, sales targets, and market trends
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management
- Identify risks in international business operations and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company’s international customer base
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in international business development or export sales
- Strong exposure to export markets within manufacturing, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors
- Excellent understanding of international trade and export business processes
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, international sales strategy, and client acquisition
- Ability to manage overseas clients and international partnerships
- Good analytical and business planning capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹1,455,900.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
