Who Can Apply (Qualification)
- B.Sc Nursing OR G.N.M (General Nursing and Midwifery) - both are okay.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setup.
- Experience with MARG software is a plus.
A. Patient Care in the Ward (IPD)
- Check and record patient's vital signs — BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen level (SpO2), and respiration.
- Start and monitor IV drips (saline / fluids) as advised by the doctor.
- Give injections (IM / IV / SC) as per doctor's prescription.
- Give medicines to patients on time, following the doctor's prescription (oral, injection, or drip).
- Change dressings and take care of wounds.
- Any other duties related to management of ward/ assisting in OPD.
B. Medicine (Dispensing) Duties
- Store medicines properly and check expiry dates regularly.
- Give the correct medicine, correct dose, to the correct patient, at the correct time.
- Keep a record of medicines given to each patient (medicine chart / register).
- Inform the doctor if a patient shows any side-effects or allergy after medicine.
- Keep track of medicine stock.
Skills Needed
- Basic computer knowledge — able to enter patient details, print reports, use simple software (MARG).
- Basic English — able to read medicine names, doctor's notes, and write simple reports in English.
- Willing to work in shifts (morning / evening ).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
