Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Intern to drive growth for Careervira's Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Solutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in enterprise sales, corporate learning, and training partnerships.
You will work closely with the sales and leadership team to connect with HR, L&D, and business leaders, understand their training requirements, and help organizations access Careervira's network of 250+ expert trainers across technical, leadership, compliance, AI, and other in-demand domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients (HR, L&D, Talent Development, and Business Leaders)
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other outbound channels
- Understand corporate training requirements and schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
- Present Careervira's Instructor-Led Training solutions and trainer network
- Coordinate with the internal team to identify suitable trainers based on client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects and support the complete sales cycle until closure
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in B2B sales, corporate training, or learning & development
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to build relationships and understand client requirements
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, or marketing is a plus
