Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand freight brokerage operations for the US market.
- Communicate with carriers and customers to coordinate shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates and book loads.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and shipment records.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth freight movement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
