LocoBear is looking fora strategic and creative Brand & Creative Manager to lead brand positioning, visual identity, and campaign direction while ensuring consistent storytelling and high-quality creative execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Define, refine, and maintain the overall brand identity, positioning, tone, and visual language.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all platforms and departments.
- Oversee long-term brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market positioning.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify brand opportunities and areas of differentiation.
Creative Direction
- Lead the creative vision for all marketing campaigns, ensuring strong conceptual direction and execution.
- Provide creative leadership to designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
- Review and approve all creative content, including digital campaigns, collateral, packaging, signage, and visual assets.
- Develop innovative concepts for social media, advertising, events, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
Campaign & Content Oversight
- Collaborate with the performance, social media, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand’s creative strategy.
- Guide content direction for key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and offline media.
- Oversee storytelling elements and ensure cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
- Ensure all content meets high standards of visual quality, design accuracy, and brand alignment.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and senior management teams to align brand strategy with business needs.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and ensure clear communication of creative briefs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when required.
- Mentor creative team members and provide constructive guidance to enhance skills and output quality.
Brand Governance & Quality Control
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across digital, print, and physical assets.
- Conduct periodic brand audits to maintain consistency in tone, design, messaging, and visual representation.
- Oversee development of new brand assets, sub-brands, packaging concepts, and internal branding materials.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end creative project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
- Coordinate workflow across creative, marketing, and production teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets for creative projects, photo/video shoots, and production requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in brand management, working with creative talent, or related mid-senior roles.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating brand-building, creative leadership, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and creative strategy.
- Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Suite) is preferred.
- Strong storytelling abilities with experience directing photo/video shoots.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and cross-channel campaign strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving brand needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
