- Greet and consult with customers about their vehicle concerns
- Assess the vehicle’s condition and advise on necessary services or repairs
- Prepare detailed repair orders with descriptions of problems, repairs needed, and associated costs
- Coordinate with auto technicians to ensure repairs are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Explain technical automotive information to clients in understandable terms
- Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction with services and to foster customer loyalty
- Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and best practices
- Assist with billing procedures and process payments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
