Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and help them choose suitable courses/programs. The candidate should be able to handle inquiries, follow up with leads, maintain student relationships, and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings
Explain course details, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
Maintain proper student records and admission data
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for admission activities
Support promotional events, seminars, and campaigns
Build positive relationships with students and parents
Achieve monthly admission and performance targets
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and social media handling skills
Ability to convince and guide students professionally
Previous experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or admissions is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
