About the Role:
Org Linked is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a background in recruitment or staffing to join our Chennai office. This is a high-impact role focused on acquiring new clients, driving revenue, and expanding our footprint in the talent solutions space. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new client opportunities in need of staffing/recruitment services.
Leverage existing network and industry knowledge to connect with HR/TA Heads and decision-makers.
Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to clients based on industry needs.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure delivery of high-quality candidates.
Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for new accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and pipeline status in CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Mandatory: Experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency in a business development or client acquisition role.
Proven ability to bring in new client accounts and meet revenue targets.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment services and staffing models (permanent, contract, RPO, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a consultative and solution-driven sales approach.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
