Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based, and interactive lessons.
- Foster children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, and outdoor activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred).
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or pre-primary setting (freshers with relevant qualifications may apply).
Pay: ₹20,753.50 - ₹25,666.12 per month
