Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive operator to manage and grow our Master AI Automation community on Skool. This is not a passive moderation role. You will be responsible for driving engagement, helping members succeed, and actively contributing to the growth and promotion of the community. You will act as the bridge between users, internal engineers, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive community engagement and meaningful interactions
- Respond to member queries and provide support on automation tools
- Onboard and guide members to improve retention and growth
- Create engaging content (challenges, quizzes, success stories)
- Support community growth through promotions and outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams and share user feedback
Bonus Skills
- Experience managing online communities (Skool, Discord, etc.)
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows
- Understanding of AI agents and real-world use cases
- Interest in growth, marketing, and community building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
