Job Details;
Designation: E- commerce operations executive
Location: NX 1, Techzone 4
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Salary: As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring timely order confirmation, fulfillment, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update inventory levels on Shopify to prevent stock discrepancies and overselling.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Support for seamless execution of campaigns and daily operations.
- Track and monitor order status, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer issues until resolution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, orders, inventory, returns, and operational performance.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to support stock planning and business decisions.
- Monitor website performance and promptly report any operational or technical issues to the concerned team for resolution.
- Coordinate with payment gateways and logistics partners regarding order-related issues and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Assist in launching new products and seasonal collections on the Shopify store.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Candidates with experience in Healthcare will be preferred.
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or Shopify store management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
- Good knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
