HR Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, steel structures, or fabrication industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
