Job Summary
Dynamic Gold Infra Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Solar Plant Operations, Business Development, and Sales functions of its solar power business.. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the efficient operation and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the solar power plant, ensuring maximum generation efficiency, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in solar plant operations, O&M management, business development, B2B sales, client relationship management, and commercial negotiations, with the ability to manage both operational and commercial activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Solar Plant Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the solar power plant.
- Ensure maximum plant availability and generation efficiency.
- Coordinate with O&M teams, contractors, and technical vendors.
- Monitor plant performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage generation reports, operational KPIs, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs, SLDC/RLDC, and regulatory authorities where required.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and onboard industrial and commercial consumers for power supply.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Open Access agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Achieve sales and revenue targets for power offtake.
Strategic & Leadership
- Lead project execution after commissioning and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for management.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external agencies. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in the renewable energy or power sector.
- Hands-on experience in solar power plant operations.
- Experience in industrial power sales, Open Access, Group Captive, or Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and the power distribution ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Operations) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
