Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-driven Telecallers / Sales Associates to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling enquiries, following up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, scheduling facility visits, and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Explain Belvaa Senior Care services, facilities, packages, and benefits to prospective clients and their families.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable care solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate facility visits and consultations.
- Maintain regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and their families.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Admissions Counselling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Sales Associate
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
