Role Overview
You are responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of seating systems across stadiums, auditoriums, offices, and institutions. You will be the face of execution on site and ensure every installation reflects KEYURRA standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Execution
- Install stadium, auditorium, and office seating systems at project sites
- Read drawings and execute layout as per plan
- Ensure alignment, leveling, and fixing quality
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients
2. Service & Maintenance
- Attend service calls for repairs and replacements
- Diagnose issues (mechanical, fitting, wear & tear)
- Replace components like hinges, springs, brackets, etc.
- Maintain service logs for every visit
3. Quality Control
- Ensure all installations meet company standards
- Identify defects or improvements during installation
- Report recurring issues for product improvement
4. Site Coordination
- Work closely with project managers and clients on-site
- Manage local labour (helpers/fitters) if required
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines
Requirements
- 3–8 years experience in furniture installation / metal / fabrication / interiors
- Experience in seating systems, auditorium, or modular furniture preferred
- Basic understanding of tools, drilling, anchoring systems
- Willingness to travel across India (important)
- Ability to handle site pressure and deadlines
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
