Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Marketing or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Promote pathology and diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits to healthcare centers, laboratories, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with collection centers and support teams for smooth service delivery.
Arrange CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer requirements to management.
Ensure timely follow-up for payments and customer queries.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of pathology and diagnostic tests preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in pathology lab, IVD, pharma, or healthcare sales.
Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
Good network with doctors and healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
