We are looking for a responsible, patient, and enthusiastic Assistant Instructor to join our upcoming Kumon Centre in Amanora, Pune. The role involves supporting students in their daily learning, maintaining a positive learning environment, and assisting the Centre Instructor with the smooth functioning of the centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist students with their Kumon worksheets and learning activities.
- Set the worksheets for each student as per their study plan.
- Mark and check completed worksheets accurately.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and organised learning environment.
- Support the Centre Instructor with day-to-day centre activities.
- Communicate politely and professionally with students and parents.
- Ensure the classroom and learning materials are well organised.
- create and post on Instagram and other social media platforms to promote the Kumon Centre and its activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate with good academic background.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in working with children.
- Patient, responsible, attentive, and organised.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
