JobbsIndia is offering a 4-month HR Recruiter Training Program designed for graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
This Training includes structured training, real hiring experience and exposure to recruitment platforms.
Trainees will work directly on candidate sourcing, screening and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from different platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
- Assist in recruitment process management
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Training & Learning
Trainees will receive training in:
- Recruitment fundamentals
- Resume screening techniques
- Job portal sourcing strategies
- Interview coordination
- Recruitment workflow management
Training Structure

- 4 hours online training / reporting
