To set up new franchise for channel expansion and initial support in West region
b. Responsibilities

Working strongly on identifying new territory for channel expansion.

Plan and execute business development strategies and hand holding for new setup centre.

Sales reviews of new franchise team and conduct training.
c. Key deliverables
-
Setting up new franchise, Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon meeting the targets. Training and staffing of new centre.
d.Person Profile
He should have specific competencies such as motivating team members,strategic thinking.

Graduate with minimum 4+ years’ experience in Business Development &Channel expansion.

MBA preferred

Age group between 27 – 35years

Good communication skills English /Hindi/marathi
