About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B SaaS product marketing. This role requires someone who can translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer stories, drive successful go-to-market initiatives, and create engaging product-focused content, including product videos and demos.

Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Create differentiated narratives that resonate with target audiences and buyer personas.
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and updates.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful launch outcomes.
- Develop launch plans, customer communication strategies, and enablement programs.
Product Video Creation & Content Development
- Create product demo videos, explainer videos, feature walkthroughs, customer success stories, and launch videos.
- Write scripts, develop storyboards, and coordinate video production activities.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling visual content.
Market & Customer Research
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify opportunities and insights.
- Analyze industry trends and evolving customer needs.
- Build and maintain buyer personas and customer journey frameworks.
Sales Enablement & Demand Generation
- Create case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Support growth marketing initiatives, webinars, and customer engagement programs.
- Equip sales teams with content and tools to improve conversion rates.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor product adoption, engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, campaigns, and GTM strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company (mandatory).
- Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
- Hands-on experience creating product demos, explainer videos, feature launch videos, and customer-facing video content.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and GTM strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Productboard, or similar SaaS tools.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups.
- Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and demand generation strategies.
