Are you the kind of person who is always thinking, "This would make a great Reel"?
BB Salon is looking for a creative, energetic, and social media-savvy intern who can help us tell our story online, create engaging content, and build relationships with influencers and creators.
This is not a desk-only job. You'll be in the middle of salon transformations, bridal makeovers, behind-the-scenes moments, influencer collaborations, and content shoots.
What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos of salon services, makeovers, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending content ideas.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate with our social media agency/team for shoots, edits, captions, posting schedules, and campaigns.
- Ensure content is captured regularly and delivered on time.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and reach out to local influencers, creators, brides-to-be, and lifestyle bloggers.
- Coordinate collaborations, salon visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Help build BB Salon's online community and brand presence.
Shoot Planning & Execution
- Organize content days, model shoots, and campaign shoots.
- Coordinate with salon staff, makeup artists, photographers, and influencers.
Bonus Responsibilities (When Required)
- Assist the Salon Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Handle basic billing and appointment-related tasks.
- Support front desk operations during peak hours.
Who We're Looking For
✅ Active Instagram user with a good understanding of trends and Reels
✅ Comfortable shooting content on a smartphone
✅ Confident communicator with good people skills
✅ Organized, proactive, and full of ideas
✅ Passion for beauty, fashion, weddings, and social media is a huge plus
