Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the prescribed curriculum.
- Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Use innovative teaching strategies, storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities to promote learning.
- Encourage the development of communication, social, emotional, and motor skills.
- Foster creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking among students.
Student Development
- Observe and assess children's progress and maintain records of their development.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Promote good behavior, discipline, and positive values.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
Classroom Management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare and manage teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Ensure proper care of classroom resources and equipment.
Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Address parent concerns professionally and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Training, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching young children may also apply.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in educational technology.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
