· Lead client engagements and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
· Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand client needs and challenges.
· Develop and present recommendations to senior management based on findings and analysis.
· Assist clients in defining strategic priorities and long-term goals.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy development.
· Collaborate with clients to develop actionable strategic plans and roadmaps.
· Assess organizational structures, processes, and capabilities to identify areas for improvement.
· Design and implement organizational changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.
· Provide change management support to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
· Conduct performance assessments and identify performance gaps across functions.
· Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, such as process redesign and optimization.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to clients
· Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee project delivery from initiation to completion.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
· Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
