About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the founders and support key business operations, strategic initiatives, coordination activities, and execution of high-priority tasks. The role offers direct exposure to business decision-making, startup operations, and cross-functional management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist founders in daily business operations and strategic planning
- Coordinate with departments including HR, operations, marketing, finance, and business development
- Track projects, deadlines, and execution status
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data collection
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Support recruitment, partnerships, and expansion activities
- Manage scheduling, communication, and operational coordination
- Handle confidential business information professionally
- Identify process improvements and help implement solutions
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply
- Prior internship/startup experience is preferred
